We coordinate procurement, carriers, application vendors, and contractors, aligning installation with power, cooling, circuit delivery, and construction schedules. Implementation covers infrastructure configuration, connectivity, integration testing, commissioning, and opening readiness within the agreed scope. We can maintain the schedule, budget, risks, and responsibility matrix with your team, coordinate the go-live plan and stabilization, and provide as-built documentation, test evidence, and administrator handover.
We can deliver this agreed project with or without an internal IT department, working directly with your leadership and vendors or alongside your IT staff. Your leadership approves key decisions; application vendors retain responsibility for their application configuration and migration tools.
Working with your internal IT team, we can coordinate the agreed IT and CMS project from design and procurement through construction dependencies, system integration, opening readiness, stabilization, and handover. Your internal team retains operating priorities and approval of key decisions.
Together, we agree the systems, responsibilities, implementation plan, validation criteria, and handover documentation. Platform features depend on the selected products and licensing.
